Flow9 Ask

Flow9 is a CRM. I started by building its MCP server, so every operation in the app could be done from Claude or ChatGPT. Then I built Ask on top of the same layer, so those operations work from a chat box inside the app itself. It sits on every page: plan my day, summarise the pipeline, find deals that went quiet, log a call, create a lead. Ask is also wired into Flow9 Funnel.

AI Workforce Studio

A drag-and-drop workflow builder inside Flow9. Anyone on the team can put together their own automation without code: triggers from a website form, an email or a WhatsApp message, an AI worker that qualifies the lead, if/else branches, tasks for humans, and messages going out over SMS, WhatsApp or email. Workflows can be published, run on demand, and offered to other users through a marketplace.

AI Meeting Assistant

Most meeting bots take notes. This one goes further. It joins the meeting, listens, and can actually speak and answer questions while the call is happening. When the meeting ends it pulls out the action items and does the admin: creates the tasks in Jira or ClickUp, posts a summary to Slack, and puts the deadlines on the calendar. Nobody has to write anything down.

LinkedIn Message Analyser

Built for a client who does a lot of LinkedIn outreach. You export your LinkedIn messages, drop the file in, and it reads every conversation. Each person lands in one of three buckets: never replied, replied, or follow up now. Replies get an interest score out of ten, and it quotes the person's own words so you can see why. It throws out mass templates, group chats and LinkedIn system mail, and keeps polite no's off the list. Nothing is uploaded anywhere and it never sends messages for you.

Parix Life, HR system

The internal HR platform at Parix.ai. Everyone signs in with their work email to clock in and out, and the system tracks attendance, hours and leave for the whole team. Light and dark theme, and a login screen that shows the time and date in Karachi.
